I ordered two pods online. I chose “further than 50 miles” in the options. Fast forward two days. Pods are to be picked up Friday. I found a home and had a address Thursday. I called and gave the address and was told my things would be delivered Tuesday. After no email giving me a delivery time, I contacted customer service to be told that my delivery was cancelled because it’s out of their range! Apparently, Longview only travels within 50 miles, something they should have considered when they sent their pods to me! I live 64 miles from Longview. 14 MILES over their 50 mile limit and the CS rep reached out to the Longview OWNER to be told “NO GO.” Now, I am a 60 year old female with a heart condition who has been sleeping on the floor since Friday. I have no more clean clothes, no essentials except the limited things I brought with me and I have to wait another week for another company to go get my pods and charge me almost $500 extra to deliver them. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING AGAIN and I will blast them everywhere I can!
