There billing dept you cannot understand them. Also they want to overcharge you on your bill and didn't resolve the issue . Threaten to turn me over to collections over a bill I didn't owe on. I WOULDN'T recommend using PODS

Review:
When you rent a POD they don’t explain to you that you are charged for the entire month even if you have it picked 11 days after. Since June I have paid them so much money that it’s unfair they can’t issue any type of credit
