DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........Paid around Five thousand dollars for my move from colorado to texas..... Once pod was delivered they Is pointed the door down hill In my driveway so everything fell on the door And was impossible to open..... Call.
Them and they tell me at 2p on Aug 1st that they aren't able to come out to reposition correctly and open door.....i follow up next day Aug 2nd at 8am and they say they cant come to my house until 1145am that day Aug 2nd......contacted them at 2pm because no one had shown up yet and I had to take the day off work to wait for the driver.....once i finally got ahold of someone they informed me that i had been rescheduled to Aug 5th 5 days after pod had been delivered......made a request for small compensation for have to be in my brand new house with all my stuff stuck inside the pod and apparently the dispute department denied any type of refund after the fact it was their mess up......now after all this the pod was scheduled for pick up the 6th of Aug and today is the 13th of Aug and it's still in my driveway.......called them back to ask what the deal was and now it's scheduled for August 17th......wonder if they actually do what they say.......I WILL NEVER USE PODS AGAIN......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......THEY DONT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MESS UPS.....DO NOT USE PODS EVER.....SCAM COMPANY.....I WILL BE REPORTING TO Better Business Bureau Next......
Called in, and they were not helpful. I asked for a price on a pod, and she asked for a bunch of unnecessary information then hung up.
I definitely had a great experience using the PODS service. Very convenient during the remodeling process of our home.
I also would like to thank the delivery driver JAMES WHITFIELD again, for his excellent Customer service.
The pod container was delivered on time and was picked up as scheduled. The price was was very reasonable. No major issues.
