PODS Moving & Storage

I recently had my first experience with PODS, and I must say it far exceeded my expectations! Jason Meyerawitz delivered the pod to my residence and arrived early in the morning. His amazing spirit and infectious joy truly made the experience enjoyable.

The level of customer service he provided was top-tier. He maneuvered the pod into a tight spot. I am especially grateful that he called me before the delivery, as customer service had not updated the placement of the container door. This thoughtful communication made a significant difference.

My pod was picked up by Debra Medeirus. Our driveway is gravel and very narrow at the entrance. When Debra called to let me know she was on the way to pick up the pod, I informed her about the narrow driveway with a drainage ditch on each side. I was concerned that it would be difficult for her to git the Podzilla in to pick up the pod.
I was amazed at how easy she made it look. She was very skilled at operating the pickup and moving the pod into position so that she could back the truck in and load the pod.
This is the second pod that I have used to move. Debra is the most skilled operator I have seen.
