Great company to do business with PODS works with their customers.

Beware when using these clowns. I set up my deliveries and pickups weeks in advance. Missed delivery dates, doors on pods damaged and not working properly, site for tracking and notifications down more than working. Dispatch was rude uninformed and not qualified for the position she held. Will never use this company again.

Never on time. Drivers claim to get lost. Company still charges large pickup fees and doesn’t care when their drivers are late.

This isn’t a driver issue - it’s a Pods issue. This is who they are.

Some heartless apology will be put below this like all the other negative reviews and nothing will change. They will keep my money and yours.
