Horrible service! I scheduled both PODS to be picked up on the same day. They sent a driver with the capability to pick only one up. I have spent the last 4 days calling and messaging to arrange pick up for the second container. Each time I am told I'm scheduled the following day. I have to call at least three times a day and get the same answer with absolutely no results. I would not recommend this company nor will I use it again.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent handling of my house contents delivery by your company, which has left me in a state of considerable inconvenience and distress.

As per our initial agreement, I was eagerly anticipating the delivery of my entire house contents on September 1st, 2023. This was a date that I had planned and prepared for extensively, and I had made arrangements accordingly. To my utter dismay, the delivery did not occur as scheduled, and to make matters worse, not a single representative from your company bothered to extend the courtesy of informing me about the delay or attempting to rectify the situation. I had to initiate contact with your company myself to inquire about the status of my delivery.

The explanation provided by your representative, which was nothing short of unsatisfactory, was simply 'staff shortage.' While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise in any business, it is unfathomable that a reputable company such as yours would fail to communicate such a critical delay to a customer. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service.

Due to this gross negligence on your company's part, I was forced to endure unnecessary stress and additional expenses. I had to purchase essential items that I expected to be in my house contents, further inconveniencing me during an already challenging time of relocation. My PODS wasn't delivered until September 6th.
