Was told they'd let us know our dropoff window the day beforehand, which was important to us because we were going to meet the driver at the house and have him put the container in a specific location due to construction we're having done on the house.
However they did not let us know the day beforehand, and instead emailed us at 6am the morning of delivery and delivered it at 7am (1 hour of notice instead or day before). Needless to say, we did not see the 6am Saturday morning email until 7:30am after delivery had already occurred, with the container in the wrong location, which will be a big problem for the construction we're having done over the next month.
If you say you're going to notify customers the day beforehand, why don't you actually notify them and not deliver things at 7am with less than an hour of notice?
