It’s a terrible company with hidden fees and not an ease or conscience factor. I have an ongoing dispute currently. I ended up picking up my good with a uhaul truck and moved my goods for cheaper and safely.

Items were damaged on the single container that they did move for us and luckily the only 1 of 3 we were going to use. They tipped the container and damaged our goods.

They are not military friendly like they claim and there military specialists are not that and it used as something for advertising.

They put you on hold for long periods and hang up on you. They will not get you to a manager and do not try to make things right.

I highly recommend you stay away from the company to keep you from a terrible experience like my family has had.

I don’t believe my container was stored inside like it was suppose to be and it definitely was not handled with care as the pictures prove.

They also keep everything In an unlocked facility that only let you access items from 9-3 although when we got there for our container the guy left at 130 and we had free rein of the location.

Service was great, timeline was met and Tyler made sure my property remain damaged free

My POD was entered unathorizedly and lock was cut, Yes items stolen from my container. That's how my container arrived. No lock and even sawed the container latch As a truck driver 28 yrs professional this is totally unacceptable.
