Will NEVER recommend to anyone! They would not deliver to my house, had to travel 3 hours away with a uhaul! No one was at the facility,

So I’m reading allot of the reviews left for this moving company stating they are a bunch of crooks. Overcharging customers, delivering pods when not asked for them and charging them. If they didn’t pay for the additional box they wouldn’t deliver which then caused a delay in delivery and pods wanting to charge more money for storage. My kids made an arrangement by phone with pods who as of this morning want more money and again threatening not to deliver even after confirming with their customer service an agreed upon payment. Then telling them there isn’t anything they can do and if they don’t get the additional monies there pod would not be delivered. So, pods ended up taking the additional money out this morning not notifying my kids of the charge until my daughter called to ask the reason for the additional charge. This service really is a great idea and convenient for people who don’t have the ability to move long distances without trailers and trucks but it would have been cheaper for me to rent a trailer and travel to Florida and bring them back on my own. Pods had an agreed upon payment for their service and have continued to add to their cost at every turn and holding my kids’ stuff hostage. Do yourself a favor and find another company or do it yourself!!!
