Our experience was satisfactory. We used 3 of the larger PODS to move from Colorado to Idaho. Scheduling was great. The drivers were great. Our goods arrived in very good condition; nothing shifted or was damaged. Our only issue was they upcharged us over $700 more than was quoted; a real disappointment. We were responsible to load the PODS. We hired a local firm in Colorado to help us pack and load. We unloaded ourselves, with help from family and friends, in Idaho. I would use PODS again being careful about quotes and actual charges.

Driver's are excellent. Customer service is terrible. Very terrible. Was promised an Amazon gift card for referrals. Nope.

Tommy Garcia is a great guy! He delivered my POD on time and put it exactly where I wanted it. Friendly, polite, my experience with Tommy was all good.
