PODS Moving & Storage

Pretty easy process. Made our move pretty easy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the first quote was given to us with all discounts. The next time I called to verify the price, they gave me more of a discount, which was great, but why didn't they just give me that same discount the first time I called? I would recommend PODS.

Read the fine print, these guys lead you to believe that the discount applies every month not just the first month. No where does it say or even emphasize that the discount is only for the first month. So frustrating. Plus the customer service is poor. This customer service lady on the phone is just talking over me. I'm sure this local location is decent but my experience with the pricing is disappointing. I should've went with a competitor, probably would've been more honest of a company and better experience. The customer service lady just put me on hold for 15ish minutes, came back on and acted like she didn't hear me and hung up on me. 56 minute call!!! You guys are crooks.

Great company! Made our move as stress free as possible. We used them to move across the country.. Their communication through the whole process was simple and clear. They were easy to work with. They take a form of payment at the beginning, and then charge you as they complete each section of the move. (Each section was provided to me in their initial quote, and was billed correctly) The fact that you rent the pods for a month at a time made it stress free in getting our stuff to our new home. We weren't able to get in our new home right away, so they just kept our stuff in the pod, at a pod facility. When we were ready, we just set up a deliver date, and they dropped it off. I had full control of the dates and could easily manage them through my online Pods account. I would highly recommend moving with a PODS!
