My driver was very thorough and friendly. For example he used a marker to show the pod number that had been painted over, to help ensure correct delivery long distance. He answered my questions about delivery in 3 reserved parking spaces on a busy city street. Great service, highly recommended.

This was the second time that ive used pods. Both times i fiund them to be competitive and easy to do business with. This last time everything went well until the agreed upon pod unload at their terminal. The pod arrived over 2 hours late while I had a mover scheduled to unload. The personnel at the depot had no sense of urgency to respond and subsequent inquiries to pods went unanswered. A screw up at the 5 yard line and poor customer service ruined an otherwise good experience.

PODS made a difficult situation one thing off my list easier. My mom passed away. I needed to get precious family items from Texas to California. Thank you PODS for your professionalism and friendliness from beginning to end! I highly recommend this company!
