I had an excellent experience with PODS. Everyone I interacted with on the phone, in person, and in email were very helpful, kind, and professional. I was especially impressed with Tom, who helped me with a parking permit in Sacramento and Darron, who was the initial driver who dropped off the container. Both employees went above and beyond. The only difficult part was scheduling movers on both ends of the move since you get a 3 hour window the night before. But in the end it worked out and I would highly recommend PODS moving and storage!

Thank you PODS Carlsbad team. Everything was seamless. From start to finish. From the drop off: pick up of container to the very end where we were able to access the container on site.

This company has many options for your needs. If you’re moving, I’d suggest you give them a ring and see what they offer.

I wanna give a shout out to (the manager?) who accommodated having my container pulled out on 2 days. The guy is legit. Not every customer may have an interaction with him but I happened to run into him in the parking lot when I arrived in a U-Haul while he was moving the containers with a tractor near closing and he gave me an extra 20 minutes with my stuff.

It was funny cause when I initially asked him if I can have some extra time with my container, he was sitting in the tractor and said he needed to verify my ID. So I handed it over and he drove the tractor back to the office to get on the computer. Guy is super smart , and I appreciate that cause I myself am not driving tractors everyday and verifying IDs! LOL!

I can tell a lot goes on behind the scenes here. Dealing with stressed moving people is an art in itself and the Carlsbad PODS team nailed it.

Epigmenuo Serrato (PMay) was absolutely amazing super cool, friendly professional stating contact with me for when he would arrive went so smooth. I will definitely use pods again.
