DON’T ever use PODS. They’re the absolute worst. Several drivers refused to pick up the pod simply based on their mood.
One driver, Eliseo, stood out and took his time and expertise to remove the empty POD from our driveway, long after it was due to be picked up.
Any communication with PODS is based in another country, there are no local phone numbers or an office you can go to in order to have a face-to-face chat.
Thanks to Eliseo we got rid of the POD but I will never use that company again.
There are other options who do the same think, FYI.

Eliseo was respectful, gracious and knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the delivery process and he was careful about placing the POD without disturbing the area around my home. After the recent death of my oldest brother, my family and I needed to move his things as well as purge from the boxes still packed from my Mom's (2009) and 3rd brother's (2021) passing. Together, we as a family decided it was time to move forward. This was an easy step in the right direction. We are truly grateful to your company for hiring such an amazing,
compassionate and skilled professional who did an exceptional job today. Thank You So Very Much!!!
