Anthony brought us a Pod those morning and did a fabulous job of putting it in a very tough space!

I was a repeat customer but never again. They will misquote you and definitely make sure you are not dealing with a 3rd party. PODS built a reputation then threw it away on 3rd parties, off shore customer service, and no communication. They couldn’t even tell me when I would be billed and then I had to keep and pay for it twice as long because I missed a communication window for pick up. The whole experience was ridiculous. They have lost my business. You have been warned. They really get 0 stars from me.

Aloha! We made the move from Lahaina Maui after the fire. Our POD delivery driver, Steven Lee, did an excellent job situating our POD perfectly in the driveway for our move in. He made the process easy and pleasant. Mahalo Steven! We are so appreciative that all of our life possessions arrived safely from Maui to the mainland. Thank you POD’s Team for a great moving/transport experience!
