Straightforward and reliable! Simple job, the storage thing..,, and PODS seems to keep it to being just that!!

The POD itself was very useful and worked wonderfully for our move but BEWARE their billing practices are deceptive. When you receive your quote, they show line items for deliver, monthly rental, move and pickup but the cost on the quote is only for delivery and monthly rental. The additional amounts for move and pick up are added in later and are in addition to the amount listed on your quote. Very deceptive to show the item as part of the quote but no where is it stated that the quote only includes part of the charges and that the move and pick up charges will come later. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the deception and will likely not use them again because of this. There are other companies that were straightforward in their quote and would have been less cost.

Drivers are the best part of this company. The online booking was not possible. Had to call in to schedule each part of the move. Cost was approximately $400 more than I was quoted. Not happy with the money being pulled out above what I was quoted and they don't prorate. They'll charge you a whole month storage even if you unload and return a day after the first. Ripoff for the sizes they offer. Would have saved a ton using almost anyone else.

Great experience using PODS. I've hired movers before and have had to deal with broken and damaged furniture. I've also moved locally making a bunch of trips back and forth for days. This was the best solution for us for a cross country move. They delivered on time: Anthony the driver was very helpful and accommodating: they let me hang on to it long enough for me to comfortably fill it and now will pick it up and store it until we're ready to recieve it back. Two thumbs up!
