Gilbert did a quick and clean pickup. Very efficient.

Not recommend , delay without giving notice , customer rep unfriendly and non transparent service
Website is also trash which doesn’t show real time status
Intentionally delay delivery by giving lame excuses of weather in order to avoid any compensation for delay

We had a great experience with PODS to the level in which we could use them. Ultimately we used them for storage because they don’t currently service the town we moved to and wouldn’t deliver to our new home. This made us incur additional expenses having to hire a moving company. Other than that, we recommend using PODS.
