Great experience. Everything was timely... moved from New York to California.

Moved from. Birmingham, AL to San Jose, CA.
It was great to have a container delivered and no rush on filling it because you can send it whenever you want and you don't get charged more for keeping it a couple weeks. (You do pay a monthly fee for storage.)
I had excellent experience with the drivers who picked up and delivered my pod.
My negative feedback is I had to wait a long time to get my pod moved to my new city. It took awhile... And it took two additional days to get it delivered to my house. I spent a longer time than I would have liked without my belongings.
The other most annoying thing... They say to schedule all your deliveries and pick ups online, but I could not do that. My account said I had to call to schedule my move after they already had my pod. So I had to call, wait on hold, then finally schedule it. I have a toddler so honestly I hate making phone calls. It's very difficult. Then waiting on hold is the worst when I am taking care of a toddler.
Probably would not do this again unless last resort.
