Recommendation to improve: 5k POD order was canceled by email on a Friday after 5pm, could not be rescheduled to the following week. Confirmation of materials and forms was never provided and when asking for confirmation from customer service took more than 4 days to get a response. — please track location of the pod and actually respond to specific case numbers.

DO NOT USE Pods.
No support, worst management.
Nobody knows their Job. Will tell customer to do lot of work so no point in hiring them when they dont know their JOB

Professional, timely and friendly service! Minnesota to California and it went flawlessly. Every set date/time was met, nothing damaged (even with our amateur packing job) and customer service was great!

Excellent service, will definitely choose again if I need to move again (hopefully not too soon, this is not the kind of service you want to become regular!).

One useful tip, don't delete the satisfaction email from the manage, you should be able to get one when the container is delivered. I got an annoying issue with the system and none of the agents can solve, guess what, one email to the manager and they will get you to the right person!
