Very convenient! Easy to reserve and was very happy with my overall experience. Price point was good too.

I’m 80 years old and was dreading this move but with friendly movers and a POD, it was all accomplished very well!

The drivers upon drop off and pick up of my POD were really good at communication, the telephone people not so much, the communication for the unloading in Hilo were excellent

Worst moving experience ever. Inaccurate and ever changing information. Pickup availability date changed 3 times at the very last minute. Filed a claim, but PODS never followed through or followed up on the claim. Multiple damaged items despite professional packing. I would highly avoiding using PODS. Just pay the extra few thousand dollars and have a professional company organize your move.

Drop off and pick up were great got my stuff shipped to Hawaii in a timely manner although the monthly rent and insurance was a little high getting my stuff to me was my priority.
