2. Their phone quote was _wildly_ uninformative and disorganized. The representative couldn't even clearly describe how their process works and kept contradicting themselves with the steps involved. On top of that the quote they gave me seemed wildly high..

There is no way I am going to work with a company that can't even describe how their business works clearly, let alone have them store my things.

Big yikes.

Best price. Prompt drop-off. Early delivery. Follow through on discounts, credits and a claim. The roll up door is the only complaint. The swing out type doesn't allow shifted items to impede it's travel.

The Pasha employees who work at Hilo pick up site are very helpful. Now POD's as the company why don't they have a 3rd party providing service to deliver the PODS is beyond me. Their explanation on why they don't deliver is non-existent. The only reason PODs gets 3-stars is due to the Pasha employees. otherwise, they get no stars. There should be at least a 30% discount for having to unload POD from the pickup location yourself or have to hire a delivery company. All this should be part of the PODs service, especially if your paying between $4500 to $6500 per container.

Worst company ever. Charging 3 times the quote,stealing money out of my account was supposed to get the pod first week in June, now telling me middle of August, charging me storage fees.
