Drop off was great. Dana explained everything. Overall Dana, Jay and Richie did an amazing job.

I am changing my review till they fix the billing issue . I'm really upset with the billing department who did not notate my account at all. My total for the move is $2,816.36 that was the total agreement for everything I got a major discount due to my dangerous situation. I decided to pay in full 01/21/2025 I paid over the phone they took that amount out of my account. The next day the system still charged me for $549.00 on accident . Once again I already paid in full so they had to refund me that . And once again they didn't notate my account. So I paid a total of $3,365.36 . My total for everything that was agreed upon over the phone is $2,816.36 nothing more to be owed and I called confirmed that multiple times . So they do refund me the $549 because of the system error . Now they are trying to over charge me again after I paid for everything upfront . I went to look at my invoice and there all incorrect and the person who helped me once again did not notate my account so there system thinks I owe them which is garbage. I'm so angry I'm calling today and this better get resolved and they listen to all the recorded calls since they can't notate accounts.

Tony with PODS Moving & Storage was excellent. He contacted my husband when he was leaving his facility to let us know his ETA for the delivery of our POD storage container. When Tony arrived at our residence, he surveyed the area to discuss the best possible location for the container and the location met our satisfaction. Tony was very professional and courteous and especially personable when talking with us. He made sure that the storage container was very stable on our sloped driveway. Before he left, he went through the operation of the container door and lock as well as what to do to schedule the pickup of the container after we finished filling it. Our initial experience with PODS was an outstanding one especially due to Tony. Thank you PODS.
