Aron was fantastic, the driveway gate was barely wide enough to place the POD, and he did an awesome job getting it situated.

Frustrating. Cross country move that involved 3 containers. Pricing is not upfront and clear, their automated systems send incorrect shipping details (constantly), customer service will required full walk through of your case regardless of the notes in your case file.
One bait and switch move they attempt is that your storage renewal date is month x and date x and you will be auto billed. When lease is signed and move in date has been adjusted to meet POD's timing, guess what - they can't ship that day!
Escalating your case is impossible. Refunds are not a thing.

I would hire a full end to end moving service in the future. I can't speak to any other service providers or if they are better but this will not be the way we move again.

One good thing is that the resolution process has had me on hold for 30 min and giving me uninterrupted focus to write this review.

Started using pods in August and thought they were fine. Now it's time to actually really move and it's been nothing but issues. They can't move the pods to where we're going because it's 'out of network'. No extra fees for a couple extra miles or anything, just a flat out no. To top it off, they delivered another pod this week and left it in a completely unstable position so it teter totters. I called to have them reposition it, and they couldn't make it until 2 days later. 2 days later came around, and they just never showed up. I called twice, and was told both times that we were next in line and they were on their way. They never showed up, and I never got any notification that they wouldn't make it, or needed to reschedule. I've now lost my whole weekend of being able to pack, and need to be out of my home in a week. Would never use again.
