Quintessential *if I could give negative stars I would*

Scheduled my intial delivery mostly online, easy enough process even made changes prior to arrival. Got my container, loaded it on prep for pick-up and then called to correct the destination address....and heres where everything fell apart. The agent on the phone completely dropped the ball, after repeatedly telling my new address that was built in 1982 was too new for google/didn't exist he finally routed it and explicitly told me my pod would arrive to me on the 10th

I was told 'they arrive multiple containers on a big truck. We have to take your container off and put it on a small truck. It will arrive on the big truck on the 9th and go out on a small truck on the 10th.'

And wouldn't you know, my pod is intact at the facility in oregon but pods is holding it hostage and making me pay for the pleasure for 4 more days. When requesting assistance with customer service today, I was met with a complete lack of empathy or workable assistance.

I will be submitting feedback to my corporate relocation team to cease recommendation of pods for employee purposes moving forward. This experience has been abysmal and I would only wish it on my enemies.

I moved from Arkansas to Oregon and Pods was the most affordable choice. It was, from start to finish, a great experience. The website keeps you updated and informed so you don’t miss a step. I would use again.
