Absolutely terrible service. Billing and scheduling is a joke! I have a zero balance and they canceled the delivery of my final pod saying I owe a redelivery fee even though that fee is included in the plan I selected. This company and customer service is terrible.

I have a $0 balance and they canceled the delivery of my last pod saying i owe a 'redelivery' balance even though my monthly payment covered delivery to and from plus storage. The overall experience in scheduling your pods and billing is a terrible nightmare do not use this company!!

Great service and quality container. Price was right, delivery and pickup was on time and the driver was very courteous. They will be the my only choice in the future.

We selected PODS for our out-of-state move because we liked the idea of packing our own PODS cubes, putting our own locks on the doors, and knowing that our belongings were safe and wouldn’t be mixed up with others or delivered to the wrong house. We received absolutely excellent customer service at every step and from every PODS employee, and it was a fantastic experience. We loved being able to track our PODS location and timing at all times. We were unexpectedly delayed for two months in getting into our new house and it was so helpful to be able to keep our PODS in storage during that time, and even to go to the warehouse to access needed items from our PODS before we were ready to receive our redelivery. I couldn’t recommend PODS more…we were so stressed about our move and PODS made it SO easy at every step of the way!
