Do not use Pods. They leave delivery of your full container to their discretion fully and will not help you get your items back. The driver couldn’t deliver my containers and then I had to spend $1500 to rent uhauls and laborers to get my items back and delivered to my new home. Customer service is not good and I would never recommend using pods. Ever.
Update 1.23.25: You may notice that PODS social media reached out to try and make this right. They want you to believe they will do something to fix any unhappy review. I submitted receipts for my troubles and was told it would have been more expensive for them to do it therefore they owe me nothing and my complaint /. case is closed. It is at the driver's sole discretion if they will deliver your container. I keep my position - never use Pods and tell everyone else not to use them. I am not upset that they couldn't deliver the containers, I'm upset at the cost and lack of any support on their end to help me. They are focused on their profits only. DO NOT USE PODS!
