Service provided was great, friendly and convenient. All deliveries were on-time. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to price. Seems a bit expensive to me.

John Lyons, driver, was very nice, patient, considerate of our property, and skilled. It found some material to protect our property, took his time to put the pod in the perfect spot, and maneuvered in a tight spot.

Don’t give them a credit or debit card to save on your account. They kept on charging me more than what my invoice stated. And it happened more than once. And we are talking hundreds of dollars over. And trying to explain it over and over to an international answering service is beyond frustrating. Seems like the U.S. owner(s) rather pay for cheap customer service than pay U.S. citizens that can understand what is going on. Not to mention when I called their headquarters no one answered and conveniently the voicemail was full.

This company performed brilliantly. They did exactly what they contracted to do. Everyone was professional and friendly. I have used PODS twice and would use them again if necessary.

We moved from MD to WA and used PODS as temporary storage while our house was being prepped for sale and to ship our goods across country. It was a great decision to use PODS as it helped ease some stress. The agents and delivery drivers were professional and very helpful.
