Point of the Mountain Storage

Point of The Mountain Storage placed a notice of concern regarding my unit without first contacting me. Management then proceeded to look inside my unit without my permission, prompting me to call the police. I am happy to provide the police report number upon request.

Following this incident, they refused to issue a refund despite the fact that I had just paid, leading me to promptly move out. The issue arose because I had mistakenly sprayed peach-scented pet spray, which they wrongly assumed was food.

The entire experience was bizarre, with rude staff and poor handling of the situation. For reference, I rented the unit under my maiden name. Last invoice sent 06/26/24. The audacity to ask me for a good review after that. Wow. You do not take customer feedback seriously.

Wow! What a great experience. I came in this morning to purchase some packing boxes (very reasonably priced) and they ended up giving me some previously used boxes they had in the back for free. So generous and helpful. I will be coming back again!

I rented a motorcycle trailer. They were very professional and helpful. Also friendly. Definitely will be renting any U-Haul needs and if ever needed a storage unit I will definitely look here.

Had an excellent experience. Justin went above and beyond in helping me with my trailer hookup and was super friendly. We’ll be back for my next U-Haul rental.
