Our long distance move went very smoothly. Everything arrived on-time and nothing was broken. Abby, the move coordinator, was very on top of things. Sergio, the lead mover, along with Carlos and Alfonzo were outstanding. Great communication, prompt, experienced, and kind.

The only thing I’d advise is, if you can, have them see your things and home in person so they can troubleshoot any problems. And if by video, be sure they see everything. We were moving most items from one place, which during estimate she saw by video, and 2 pieces of furniture from another place which she didn’t review because it was so little and I didn’t anticipate any problems. From having an in-home estimate from another company I learned that we were going to have to arrange to have a window unsealed so that we could get a couch out. Wouldn’t have wanted to discover that on moving day.
