Review:

Not happy. Called them and left a message and no return call. Called again and just get an answering machine. Shipped two packages FedEx ground Thursday 3/8/23 to Florida that cost $79.69. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday 3/11/23. It’s now Monday 3/20/23 and still have not received. When tracking package it was in Oregon? These packages are light sconces for the bathroom which has held up the whole job.

Review:

Terrible customer service, support, poor communication and always has an excuses.... I would not trust this place to do anything. In my opinion a complete 100% dissatisfied customer!

Too little too late, I would not trust this place with anything of value.

Had a large box shipped to this location via UPS Ground. UPS emailed it was delivered and signed for by Chuck. Called business to confirm receipt 4 times over 3 hr. period and no one ever answered. Left voice mails, No returned calls. Had to call police to send a patrol car there to find out what was wrong. Horrible that retail business never answers its phone or returns voicemails.
