Was very impressed with the professionalism of the team the pricing and the quality of work. I was a little skeptical in the beginning of using a moving company in general but Popeyes moving company changed all that for me and my family would definitely recommend to anyone close to me or even strangers. I used their services about one month ago and was left traumatized and disturbed. My initial interaction with this company was pleasant it wasn’t until the day of the move this nightmare began. I was told additional cost during the move that I wasn’t originally informed about. When I questioned why I was not informed of this additional cost before the day of the move and the facilitator responded by saying if you have any issue, you can call Leo. Before I could call Leo, the facilitator rushed to call him and Leo told him and the two mover to bring all my furniture they moved back into the apartment and the would not be conducting this move any longer. I was in tears! I had to be out of my apartment by the next day and this company refused to complete a job they were contracted to do. They never gave any explanation to the reason why, they just brought my things up and said “good luck.” In addition, they called the police as they moved my things back into the apartment. I felt embarrassed and anxious. I am a young adult living in south Florida on my own and I trusted this company and did not deserve to be treated this way. I would not not recommend their services at all. I can describe my experience in many words but UNPROFESSIONAL is the one word that I think about when I think about this horrific time. When you move you want a worry-free experience and this company can not promise that.

We chose Popeyes to help with our move because their pricing was the best, and Leo (the owner) was absolutely pleasant over the phone. After our move we can say, hiring this company was the best! They were straight forward with all the pricing. Never overcharged. Never damaged a single item. One of our items was accidentally left behind in their truck, Leo called us to let us know. He brought it to us when the time was convenient for us. I thought that was super nice he went out of his way instead of having us pick it up. I will definitely use Popeyes for any future moves. And I will recommend them to everyone.
