Scheduling was pretty simple, and there seemed to be plenty of options. Movers arrived on time and were friendly and fast. My only issue came up after the move. They apparently didn’t do a walkthrough of the shed they were supposed to empty, and neglected to move a few items that I was not able to fit in my vehicle. When I contacted Natalya about this, her only offer was for me to again hire movers (at $172/hr). I was pretty disappointed, as I had already paid more than $1300k for the original move and this was their mistake, and would not have added any additional time during the original move. I had high hopes for them after reading lots of positive reviews, but I would not recommend this company unfortunately.

Super happy with the team that came to help me. Very professional. Crew arrived on time and we so nice. Everything was moved without a scratch

They were an hour late but did a great job once they arrived and finished quicker than expected which made up for the tardiness. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!
