Portsmouth Moving

Broke my desk and a stool and items not secured in truck during transition fell over everywhere. Short move of an office from Norfolk to VB and was charged 500$. They had to use my straps and dolly. Had almost no moving equipment at all.

This company sent out 2 guyst showed up one hour late with their music loud enough to hear inside of my apt. One guy came in with an attitude and very disrespectful. He explained it was going to be more because my pieces were larger than expected. I had no problem paying but when he went outside to open his truck he had someone else's furniture in his truck and then he complained about how we didn't tell him how much furniture we had. Well that's because their truck was full of someone else's things so of course my things were not got to fit. These guys were unprofessional and I don't recommend them to anyone.

Portsmouth Moving moved our in-laws all the way out to California. Their movers were efficient, courteous, and very professional. We would definitely use this mover in Portsmouth, VA again if we ever had a need, which unfortunately we probably won't.
