Powell Express Moving / Delivery

The owner estimated my move after viewing items in my 1-bedroom apartment (including stored items in the garage). What should have taken 3 hours (as estimated in the bid) turned into 5 hours, which was $350 over what I was expecting to pay.

We contacted Roger at Powell based on the suggestion of a friend to help us move our household from Dubuque to the greater Madison area. To make a long story short, we very happy with the service from Roger and his team. We have a rather large household, so this was a multi-day, multi-truck and trailer effort. Roger and his guys all had great attitudes and show pride in their work, even though it was hard work in stupidly cold weather (they're also very strong). Roger was also very good about offering suggestions for us to help manage our budget with him and set expectations for as good of an experience as possible. Moving a large household sucks, but Roger and his crew helped make it a better experience and I can definitely recommend Powell Express.

Rodger and his team moved me into and out of a house in the last year. The team is efficient, friendly, and handled everything with care. I would definitely use them again in the future.
