The young men were courteous and very efficient. I was very pleased with the work ethic they showed as they were careful with each piece. Not only did they wrap the dresser, and chest of drawers but carefully put some protective wrapping around the mirror. I had been downstairs keeping the door open and was sent upstairs to lock the unit when they were done. I expressed the need for the dining room table to be flat to prevent warping, one of them returned to the storage unit and carefully rearranged it for me. I'm sorry that I was not there to tell them that before they left the unit, as I had forgotten to mention it to them before. I was not met with annoyance as he had to return to the unit with me. These guys worked tirelessly in 90° weather to move us from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. They wrapped and packed hundreds of items, completely packed the truck. And unloaded and set up our new house. They worked their butts off. The only negative was that they estimated wrong, so my husband had to rent another truck to pick up the remaining items. But they worked with us and gave us a refund for truck rental

Moved my furniture last minute outside of their business hours. Willing, fast and professional.
