Power Moving

Great hire. On time and moved a 1000lb safe up a flight of stairs like it was nothing. Will now be my first call for moving.

Great experince- came on time-was efficient- did work others reused and did so at a reasonable price- responded to all ?s in a timely manner- do yourself a service and use this company- cornelius was excellent at what he does- he was my contact

Nice establishment forsure!

I have to admit I was a bit nervous after reading other reviews of this business but they over exceeded my expectations. Cornelius was very responsive and able to fit me in for same day service to move my treadmill from the basement up three flights of stairs. The guys he sent over - Herman and Maurice - were polite, professional, and experienced. They did a GREAT job navigating an extremely heavy treadmill up three very narrow flights of stairs. Not one scratch on any of my walls. Very pleased with the experience.

Overall I had a bad experience. The reason I am giving a 3 star rather than a 2 or 1 is because they tried to work with me to fix it. I will list down the pros and cons:

Pros:
1.) The moving crew were friendly and helpful
2.) They worked with me to accommodate late start at 1:30 pm.

Cons:
1.) Communication between their marketing team and moving team is very disconnected. They ended up charging me a lot more than what was quoted and was not communicated to me ahead of time.
2.) The wrapping blankets they bought were very old and dirty. I was not at all comfortable with them wrapping that around my beds and sofas.
3.) There weren’t major damages but couple incidences to the dry wall. One of them was moderately bad.
