Power Moving

My second time using this company and the experience was horrible. The company used a 3rd party company (Smart Movers), I originally asked for only 2 men to move. The 3rd party showed up late with 4 men to move without my knowledge. One of the movers needed a ride to my new location as well. Then when it comes to billing they actually charged me for 4 men VS what I asked for. The owner Cornelius told me “yeah they shouldn’t have did that…” Then proceeds to make up a price by saying well if you would’ve had 2 men it would’ve been 2 more hours. This place is very unprofessional!! I tried to support this company and recommended them to others. They don’t believe in taking fault for their mistakes. As a business owner you have to take a lose on horrible situations you created to save a customer. Power Moving did no such thing and I will definitely spread the word.

Used these guys on June 5, 2021 to move a large—heavy object upstairs.. Cornelius and his partner did a Great job. Not sure why some of these posters are talking trash but these guys were on time they were careful with what they did not to damage the item or anything in my house . I highly recommend them..

I highly recommend Power Moving and Storage! They were great to deal with, were efficient and very respectful of our property. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
