It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but when you completely ghost someone on moving day and then go silent, I feel that it’s justified.

They never showed up. They never called, texted, emailed, or responded in any way. I drove from my new home out of state to meet them. I waited an hour to give them some leniency - thinking maybe they got tied up on another job or something. Then another hour, and another, and then 5 more with no word from them. Five calls and a voicemail later, and still nothing.

Since they never showed up, responded, or rescheduled, I am left having to pay extra for month-to-month charges to keep my apartment until I can arrange for another moving company to come out.

So I’m now paying double the living expenses, am having to travel back and forth from out of state to get all of this taken care of, and my family members who were supposed to receive my furniture got rid of theirs and are now left without living room furniture until we can arrange for another moving company - during their busiest time of year.

So unless you want to be left high and dry on one of the most stressful days of your life, put into a financial bind, and never get an explanation for any of it - I would suggest choosing a different company. I can only assume that these 5 star reviews are from their personal friends and family. Because I can’t imagine any company worth their salt would conduct their business this way.

There are a lot of things I can look past, but this isn’t one of them. There is no excuse for not calling to explain what happened, answering the phone, or returning calls from someone you had a scheduled appointment with and never showed up for. Don’t end up in the same situation - go with a different company.

Powerhouse movers, full throttle from start to finish. They were professional on time very courteous of your possessions. Lastly, they were priced accordingly. If you moving and you don’t use powerhouse it’s your loss

Unbelievable experience with powerhouse movers. It was a blistering 95 degree moving day and these guys did not stop working from start to finish. They’re efficient, respectful and cautious of every piece of item they moved. It was a stress free moving experience. THANK YOU to Tyler and his amazing team!
