I like how the owner discredits the military and also takes advantage of them. Extremely rude individual with greedy corrupt ways of handling business. These guys will bank on you to not follow through with any claims. Overcharging weigh, playing the whole 27 foot box truck rentals to save themselves while having multiple loads from other customer orders on these trucks. Illegal weighting down of the loads. Poor customer relations. Moving crew team poor packing execution leading to many broken items on destination. Inability to furnish any weight tickets proving weight of HHG. List is pretty endless... Unfortunately, many of us have deadlines and just simply need to be moved. These guys were late to work everyday, they had our help in order to get the job done. As a family we'd never been over 9000 lbs... my alotment... and iican tell you we just made a move to that residence in 2012, leaving in 2015... In 3 years we did accumulate our fair share, however...we got rid of our entire living room furniture, half of our garage, had yard sales, took things to donation and flea markets... They came with 4 trucks and we were on 1 plus 7 ft of another and 4 feet on another.... With the rest of those trucks having other people's HHG behind our few feet of stuff. Their 4th truck was for their supplies. I even waived filing a claim on my grill which was bent in and many boxes with broken China, flower pots, etc ..brand new never used... pics before and after ... Pics of inside the trucks..i do have as proof...and yet out of kindness of them just getting me moved I did not file a claim, and for them to lie about the weight...when we had literally gotten rid of 1/2 our stuff just to make some more money. Biggest scam artist of a so called moving company I've ever dealt with. Have had plenty of moves growing up in a military family and then while in service myself...I've seen it all... And no one else came close to this poor of service as I've personally dealt with. Integrity should be something a leader stands for...and I can tell you ...that for an owner of a business ...this guy AB has none. Goodluck if you happen to be stuck with them... otherwise I would absolutely advise against them. You can find someone else to handle your HHG... Just speak with Military Transportation.

Great family owned operation specializing in military family relocations for Department of Defense. The military dictates the claim process so the other past review probably didn't have anything to do with the mover. It had to do with the convoluted military claim process

Do NOT use this company if you have the choice. Absolutely the worst military moving experience we have ever had. The packers were completely dishonest, stole sentimental items, destroyed our brand new furniture, and lied about what their codes meant to describe our personal property. First of all they bring one vehicle and pack all your stuff inside with packing blankets. Then they bring it to a warehouse where they go through your stuff and rewrap in packing paper and pack into crates without your presence. Every other move we have had that is all done at your residence in your presence. The crates are sealed and ready to ship at the same time. They have no regard for your furniture and will deny any claim of damage. We have before and after pictures from us and them that show clear damage and everything has been denied. As a military family we had no choice in the matter. I hope you have the choice, and choose not to use this company. We will now be dealing with the legal department to get a fair settlement for their lack of care for other people's stuff.
