Wonderful crew. Timely, friendly, and efficient. They moved all our belongings overnight in a winter storm, flawlessly. They handled wrapping any sensitive furniture with care, allowing us to focus on moving the pets! When we next relocate, Preferred will be our first consideration ?

We recently moved from Salem, MA to Amesbury, MA. Preferred Movers was great and made the move easier than it may have been otherwise. Damian was helpful in providing an estimate, arranging for our things to be stored overnight and scheduling the pickup and delivery. John and Dan were fantastic. they took care of packing everything carefully and setting up everything in the new condo. I would recommend Preferred Movers and will use them again in the future. Jaimie started the process from the office efficiently & reassuringly. On moving day, Johnny, Eddie & Gustavo were excellent to work with. They were respectful, very calm and problem solved. We moved many items, but I was most worried about moving a family piano into my house in a tight space. They stayed calm, worked efficiently together and all worked out beautifully. Thank you all! Wonderful experience from start to finish. The two movers were polite, respectful and efficient. It was not easy hauling heavy book boxes down 2 flights of steep stairs. They were also very careful when bringing furniture up as not to ding the walls or doors. They made sure the job was complete and that I was happy.
