Preferred Movers of TN

Preferred Movers of TN is appropriately named. I have preferred to work with this company to move my clients over the last several years, doing many dozens of moves. From local to international moves, the customer service and years of experience is the best in the business. Preferred Movers deserves the five stars I give in this review.

I moved with Preferred Movers TN from Crossville TN to South Carolina June 2024, for an unexpected and very difficult transition/relocation. The owner, Lori, was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. She really helped shore me up as well as so much help in the process. What a kind woman! I am no novice to moving and I can honestly say this was the best move I've ever had! The price was excellent, I was provided a lot of used paper and boxes which was immensely helpful to me. About 3/5 of my things went to a temporary apartment which involved 2 flights of stairs, the other 2/5 went into storage. Danny and his mover crew were outstanding for the actual move... it had to have been the hottest day of the year delivering in SC but they stayed cheerful while unloading at my apartment and then at storage unit. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was set up to my (very picky) satisfaction. Am now, almost 5 months later, moving into the non-temporary place, the items in storage were delivered Monday and everything that was in storage is perfect condition as well. I would use Lori and Bobby Krumpol's Preferred Movers of TN again and recommend them without hesitation. Happy Trails!

Lori and her team were very good to work with. The gentleman that did the moving were very respectful and hard workers. I would definitely use this company when planning a move! Thank you for all you did to help my family transition my aunt to her new home.

Lori and the rest of the team were incredible during my move. It was seamless, professional, and very reasonable. There were no delays and communication throughout the process was excellent. I cannot recommend them enough. A year later and they were able to help me find a long lost invoice for reimbursement with my employer. They will go above and beyond.

Best moving experience ever—by far! Lori was very pleasant to deal with in discussing move costs and a move date. Dan, Anthony and Jimmy took it from there and moved us from Knoxville TN to Crossville TN. What a delightful group. Very respectful to us and very professional in handling the move itself. We literally got the “red carpet” treatment. We did not previously know that moving companies of this quality and caliber existed. Definitely will use this company for our future moves! My wife's father (long since deceased) drove a truck for Wheaton Van Lines back in the early '60s. In fact, his truck was once featured as its flagship moving vehicle. It was the connection between Wheaton and Preferred Movers that first got us to give this moving company a try. We're very happy we did!
