Terrible timing and service
Broke $5000 + of the furniture did $500 damage to my existing property.
Never, Never consider this company.
Vile to deal with during a problem.

I paid to have all my furniture moved and my tv got busted and they messed my bed up. They are replacing the tv and telling me I’m liable for the mattress when it was in their hands, their truck, and they messed it up. That’s what I paid them for. The manager hung up on me when asking for compensation for repairing the mattress.

It has taken me 1 1/2 years before writing this review so I would not let my feelings interfere with my review. Our move was during Covid so I will give a little grace for that. We had a lot of damage to our things when they were finally brought to us. Fortunately, we had insurance which reimbursed us a decent amount of our losses. When they picked up in Crossville all our stuff would not fit on the truck so they had to make a 2nd trip they then removed all of our things and stored them until they could get a truck to come to FL and when they finally did come, they crammed our stuff in a truck the same size as the first one to our home in TN. All that being said no I would not recommend them at least not for an out of state move.
