Long day. Nothing broken. Movers very friendly.

I recently had to move my brother from his home to an independent living facility in Crossville. I live out of town and Preferred Movers was recommended to me. The service was excellent from the first call to Lori to actual move. Lee and Anthony were very courteous, patient, and careful handling the items. I would highly recommend this company!

Best moving company I've ever used and I have moved a lot! Very responsive to request for a bid. Lori was very professional and gave us a quote that was guaranteed not to be exceeded. (Our final total was actually lower than the bid.) Very careful, professional movers and very respectful - everything was sir and madam this or that. They showed up when they said they would and did all of the work requested - all with a great attitude. Boxes were delivered to the proper room. If something was accidently left in the wrong room, they gladly moved it without complaint. I simply cannot say anything negative about this experience. I highly recommend these movers.
