I bought their Universal Dolly for moving pianos, and it is BY FAR the most solid, high-quality, well-thought-out dolly I've ever seen. They are a small outfit and fabricate all their products to order. Everything is precise and square, and beefy enough to handle a lifetime of piano moving. The wheels are extra-wide and are the sturdiest kind available. The swivel wheels can be locked in-line, and the mechanism for this is much more clever, quick, and forgiving than other dollies I've used. I can't wait to give these guys more of my business.

I am currently having a real hard getting anyone from PME to contact me with a proper tracking number on a $400.00 item. The tracking number I was given is not in the UPS system and no response to texts, calls, or e-mail. Is this a scam? I will update this review if it all turns out ok. I spent $400.00 on the 5th of Nov and it is currently the 19th of Nov at 7PM
