They were very accommodating and skillful. They showed up on schedule and in uniform. They were very reliable and careful with our heavy furniture. They were hard workers and busted their tails to get everything done. They wrapped everything. I would highly recommend them!

Review:

We are incredibly disappointed in Premier Nation Moving. It started when we used Safeway Relocation to book our move, horrible company. When our Premier movers showed up, it seemed that only one had done a move before. He was very helpful. However the other two movers were not careful with our things. We watched numerous times as they attempted to take apart expensive furniture such as a marble tabletop that was affixed to the base. They attempted to take apart a very expensive lamp that we told them numerous times was not able to be taken apart. This entire process took 7 hours from start to finish despite only our larger furniture items needing to be taken apart and all of our things already boxed up. I went to check on the loading and noticed our expensive lamp was damaged before it even made it onto the truck. We received no communication throughout the movers journey and we finally received word from Premier on Saturday August 26th, when we were told the shipment would arrive Wednesday August 30th. On August 29th I called Premier to check on a delivery time as no one had contacted us and was told they would not be there the next day, which was fine. I received a call the next day that our shipment would be arriving Friday September 1st. the next day, I received a call that it would actually be arriving that day so we hurried to our apartment to receive the shipment. Our things, unbeknownst to us, had been transferred to a semi truck from a regular moving truck, at some point in the process. We were not prepared for a semi. However, as we watched our things being unloaded, we noticed many things had been damaged, not just our lamp. I have included the photos as I have been unable to get in touch with ANYONE from premier, shocker all the numbers I have saved that I have received calls from are disconnected! I have tried to file a claim but no one has answered my emails, texts, and I haven't been able to call as again, disconnected. I would like to add that the three men that unloaded our shipment were great and handled our things with care, this damage obviously occurred during the trip. I would love to file a claim and get our money back, however no one is responding to us. I am incredibly disappointed and hurt that no one cared enough about other people's things to ensure no damage occurred. Many of our boxes came almost completely smashed in and were missing the tops, so no care had been taken to protect our things inside the boxes. Would love if someone could reach out and rectify this issue.

Review:

I booked this company in June for a cross country move in July. At the time of booking, I was promised that my household goods would arrive by 16 July. The two men who packed my goods on 8 July were fantastic. However, my delivery date came and went and when the company was asked for an update on the delivery status on 17 July, they said they would be loading it up on the 21st or 22nd of July to ship for delivery. It's too late for me now, but I would never ever recommend this company to anyone else. I'm now living in an empty apartment having started a new job and my household good will maybe be here by the end of the month. Terrible customer service.
