Great all around—online pricing, location, and super helpful staff. Sean is the best!!!!! I stopped in to check on pricing in the area for my mom who just lost her husband (my step-dad). She had to store her stuff quickly. I helped her sign up online to take advantage of the GREAT promotional discounted prices. Sean quickly called us up to notify us of an automatically generated access code issue which was corrected quickly.
I also chose this location because the help and compassion they showed to our incredible volunteers —Michigan National Guard recruits — during our SCSWEC.org I-94 Ramps Only Clean-Up 6 months prior. The cold water and access to the restroom were much appreciated by our wonderful volunteers.
