Very helpful when we first went in, helped us get the correct size unit. Easy come and go, very safe, I was very comfortable coming and going by myself in the evening. Also very clean. Thanks , you made our move much easier.

Keri reached out to me to confirm my online reservation, and was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She showed me the different aspects of the unit, as well as answered my questions regarding UPS drop off service, and having donation pick ups right from their location. The unit was clean and the correct size based on my requested reservation. This is my second time using this facility when storage needs arise.

ETA - I have since completed my need for storage, and Keri was very helpful in getting my unit canceled. She even helped me as I was taking a cumbersome bed frame to my vehicle. When I have additional storage needs, I will use this location again.

I spoke with Keri and Sean and they were very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and was able to get a tour of the facilities. I was instructed on how to use the access controls to get in and out of the building and the elevators. The unit itself was clean and convenient from the elevator. I like the fact that the unit is indoors and that I have access until 10pm as opposed to 9pm at the previous storage facility.

The managers there are great and very helpful. The facility is very clean and updated. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I am a returning customer. I didn't think about going anywhere else. Great place!
