Highly communicative, friendly and fast. Everyone from the office staff to the movers themselves are very professional and helpful. I wish I remembered the name of the moving team that helped us because they were fantastic. We Would 100% recommend Premium Q to anyone.

The experience with Victor and Premium Q Moving was seamless from start to finish. We had a complex move, with one pickup in Hingham and a total of 4 delivery sites in 2 states - Texas and Arizona. Victor immediately said "no problem" after seeing our items and dedicated a truck to the entire move with one of the same loaders also being the one who drove our items down and worked with another employee to offload our items safely and efficiently. We even had a few items that needed to be added to the move at one stop and taken to Arizona, and they took care of it all with good humor and efficiency. Can't say enough about their service. Their pricing was also right in line with the bigger moving companies - we had two other bids. To have our own truck with NO delays between pickup and delivery was a dream compared to the many moving parts of other companies - transfer to warehouse, wait for a truck to be going that direction, reload, etc. When our truck left my father-in-law's driveway that day, it was the one that showed up at my house in Dallas 3 days later. We hired Premium Q for both packing and moving from Medford, Ma to Cape Cod. A crew of 4 packed the kitchen, electronics & all picture frames, and the next day same crew completed our move. We also had a baby grand piano that was prepared 1st day. Both days, the crew was on time, super friendly, and both efficient and careful. We really could not have asked for better service from these guys. As far as hiring them, it was a super simple process compare to a lot of moving companies out there. I feel like a lot of these businesses still do have their process like in the early 2000. After I filled out their online form on a weekend, I got the estimate within 1 hr. A short conversation over the phone followed by online booking was under 5 minutes. I received a confirmation email with all details & a lot of moving tips to follow, which were very helpful. Packing was on the high end of the estimated range but since I didn't have much time for it made perfect sense, and the move was on the lower end. We're really pleased with the service and great value. Highly recommended!!
