Price Self Storage

Well, my husband and I went in person and spoke to the Mgr. Roy. He seemed nice, as he showed us what we were looking for, 10X15 with the price of $159.00/monthly. We asked if they will raise the price and when? He said yes, in 6months, but don't worry, if you get something just bring it to me and I will help you out. So we moved in September 20,2024. We noticed, when moving he had no patience with us. Remember, both of us have jobs, we get off at 5pm, and place closes at 7pm. We had to pick up stuff from previous storage and then move it to new storage. Mgr. Roy drove his car and was waiting near our storage and telling us he needed to leave. Well, we moved in and that was it. Then came December 16,2024 before Christmas when we received a letter saying- our New Monthly is $180.00 starting January 20,2025. We of course called our Mgr.Roy. We told him it's only been 3months, if he can help us and guess what? He said it's out of his hands, the main office is the one who does this. We were so mad, but what could we do? Decided to move out and look for another storage. OMG! I guess god was helping us, we found a storage that was 1/2 off for 6months. Nicer, cleaner, newer place. They even had coffee! They even gave us our own lock/no charge. My husband and I went in person to tell Mgr.Roy we are leaving. He said nothing until he found out that my job is reviewing and reporting things that are good or bad in the area. So of course now he wants to help us, he said he will call the main office and they did call us. They did, but they kept putting us on hold and saying they will call us later, never did. But it was ok, we already found something much better. So, I'm writing this review because, IF you do decide to use this Storage- get it in writing that your price is not going up until 6months. Not 4month, like us. The Storage unit was dirty when we saw it so I told them to clean it. We needed to get our own lock. The door is old and hard to open, they are rusty. Mgr. Roy is ALWAYS looking at you especially after 7pm if you're not out and will be in his car watching you close by. Well Good Luck if you decide to use this Storage place, Hope this review helps out.

Price Self Storage was good spot to store my popup trailer. It is a little tight around corners but not as bad as other places. I sold my trailer no longer using them but would go back.

I was very pleased with the employees that worked there. They were very friendly & helpful. The storage unit that I had was a perfect size for what I needed & very clean. The whole storage place was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Roy is a delight to work with. He’s so easy to work with. Storage units are clean surroundings are taken care of.

The staff at Price Self Storage have always been very kind and willing to help out in anyway they can.
Jonathan is great at his job. He’s a very respectful young man.
This is my second time with them. 4 1/2 years later, it’s time for me to go. I would definitely use them again.
