**An update: I wanted to add to my previous glowing review of Price Self Storage in Azusa...Because it's not merely a storage facility I am reviewing, IT'S THE PEOPLE. Yes the storage units are incredibly clean, well-lit, access is awesome and there's never a problem with ANYTHING... BUT IT'S THE PEOPLE that make Price Self Storage in Azusa GREAT.

My home burned down in the Eaton Fire. Jessica and Chris have ALWAYS gone far above and beyond since I've known them, but when I was at my lowest, THEY HELD ME UP. I still had my unit with a few bits of furniture and some sentimental items inside. My keys burned up in the fire so obviously I had no way of entering my unit. I had only 1-2 days that my daughter could take off from work to bring her pickup waaaay out to Azusa (she lives in Hollywood!) to help me load up what little I had left. Chris came in just for me to bore out the lock so I could get in. The coolest part was that I met Vicky for the first time, as he was teaching her how to bore out the lock! THIS! 'I do, we do, you do.' 'See one, do one, teach one,' This is how you pay it forward. He could've just done it himself and been outta there, on his Sunday afternoon. But he didn't... He took the time to teach Vicky a valuable skill, with patience and encouragement. I watched the whole thing. Because we couldn't get everything in one trip, Chris and Jessica GAVE me a new lock so I could come back the next day, they didn't charge me for what normally would've been an additional charge. The next day I vacated my space, returned the lock, sigh. If and when I can rebuild my home and perhaps lucky enough to have extra possessions to store, THESE are the people I will remember and come back to. Their kindness. Their professionalism. I want to mention not only Jessica and Chris, but Eric and Dear Vicky. You are not just a number at Price in Azusa. You are a person. **I LOVE Price Self Storage in Azusa!! Jessica and Chris are the best! You are not a generic, faceless tenant to them and the very high level of service is uncommon to say the least. Everything is so clean and nice too!
